The SINs are listed below, each with examples of the types of tasks that can be conducted under that SIN. SIN 899-1: Environmental Planning Services and Documentation
Whether analyzing information to meet the requirements of NEPA, performing a Phase I archeological investigation, or conducting an ecological risk assessment, Tetra Tech has the expertise to assist you. SIN 899-2: Environmental Compliance Services
Under this SIN, Tetra Tech can provide complete environmental compliance services to help you better prepare to reduce pollution at the source and to ensure that your organization is meeting all requirements set forth in environmental laws and regulations. Tetra Tech consultants around the world are expert in federal, state, and local environmental laws and how those laws are interpreted by the agencies that are responsible for their enforcement. Among the types of services Tetra Tech can provide to you under this SIN are:

Conduct of environmental compliance audits
Evaluation of findings and preparation of internal compliance reports and notices of violation

SIN 899-4: Waste Management Services
Sound waste management techniques are essential to protecting human health and the environment. Tetra Tech staff members are exceptionally talented in applying these techniques, having provided comprehensive waste management services to federal government clients since 1984. A few examples of services Tetra Tech can provide under this SIN are:

Development of waste characterization studies
Preparation of recommendations for environmental management strategies, including identifying recycling options

SIN 899-7: Geographic Information System (GIS) Services

In addition, Tetra Tech develops customized GIS interfaces that incorporate databases and models, as well as web applications for GIS data servers. SIN 899-8: Remediation
Reduction or elimination of threats to human health and the environment often require some form of remedial action. Tetra Tech staff members have an unmatched bredth of experience in an extensive range of remediation techniques and have provided comprehensive remediation services to federal government clients since 1984. A few examples of services Tetra Tech can provide under this SIN are:

Excavation, removal, manifesting, transportation, storage, treatment (on-site and off-site) and/or disposal of hazardous waste.
