Final Programmatic Agreement
This is a site dedicated to informing the public about the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Army Transformation of the 2nd Brigade of the 25th Infantry Division (Light) to a Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT).
The US Army, Hawai‘i, announces the Record of Decision for the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) detailing impacts from the proposed transformation of the 2nd Brigade, 25th Infantry Division (Light) to a Stryker Brigade Combat Team. The Record of Decision is available upon request. The Record of Decision will be available at the following libraries after July 12, 2004:
