Biological Resources

Tetra Tech is a nationally recognized environmental consulting firm. Within our San Francisco office, we have a large staff of highly qualified and responsive biologists who have experience in all aspects of biological services including biological surveys, habitat and vegetation assessments, threatened and endangered species evaluations, ecological inventories, wetland delineation and restoration, fisheries studies, and wildlife surveys. Our biologists have experience preparing Section 404 and Section 10 permits, Streambed Alteration Permits, and Section 401 Water Quality Certification.

Tetra Tech's biologists frequently work closely with local regulatory and public agencies such as US Fish and Wildlife, National Marine Fisheries Service, US Army Corps of Engineers, California Department of Fish and Game, San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, California Coastal Commission, and the Regional Water Quality Control Board.
